Electrical Technician
Responsibilities :
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, electrical components and electrical distribution board.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot AC and DC EV chargers, and Photovoltaic system.
- Inspect and test electrical installation for defects and maintaining records of findings.
- Work with sub-contractors to execute electrical projects.
- Lead in-house team in M&E projects, not limited to total rewiring, EV charging, electrical system maintenance etc.
- Prepare and endorse shop drawings and As-Built as required.
- Liaise with authorities throughout the project life cycle, from application to handover.
Requirements:
- At least two (3) year(s) of hands-on working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience with Electrical Vehicle (EV) charger and Photovoltaic (PV) installation is an added advantage.
- Possess at least PW4 license and able to provide endorsement.
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.
- Willing to travel for outstation projects.
- Demonstrated ability of problem-solving skills both electrically and personally with the crew.
